Specifications:
The Town of Marion needs 4 parking lots seal coated as follows:
Town Park – 4072 Park Avenue, Marion, NY – 28,841 sq ft
Municipal lot next to Elementary School on Main Street – 14,322 sq ft
Library parking lot – 4036 Maple Avenue – 6,171 sq ft
Municipal lot next to Museum – 3794 South Main Street – 9,139 sq ft
Pricing Terms:
Submitted proposals must include pricing quotes for a period of 1 year from the date of this RFP, and these terms must be clearly stated and included in the submitted RFP for consideration. RFP missing this language will be rejected.
All payments are made the 2nd Monday of every month at the Town board meeting
The Town Board reserves the right to reject all quotes.
