Opening
The regular meeting of the MARION PLANNING BOARD was called to order at 7:35 pm on
January 4, 2022 in the Marion Municipal meeting room by Fred Walker.

Also present: Michael Greene, Greene Land Surveying; Steve Carr, on behalf of the applicant
Approval of Minutes
On a motion by Dan Brooks and seconded by Mike Fonte, the minutes of December 7, 2021,
were unanimously approved.
Open Issues
1. Application #9-21: Christina Burditt adjusting boundary lines of two adjacent parcels
totaling 10.454 acres (Lot 1: 5.044 acres, Lot 2: 5.410 acres) at 4247 Eddy Ridge Road,
Marion.
a. Board members verified the details of the application.
b. Fred Walker opened the Public Hearing at 7:44 pm. There were no comments.
c. Fred Walker closed the Public Hearing at 7:45 pm.
d. On a motion by Summer Johnson and seconded by Mike Fonte Application #9-21
was unanimously approved.
New Business
There was no other business to discuss.
Adjournment
On a motion by Dan Brooks and seconded by David Vinke, the meeting was adjourned at 7:46
pm by Fred Walker.
