A workshop of the Town Board of the Town of Marion, Wayne County, NY was held on Monday, June 18, 2018 in the Marion Municipal Room.

Supervisor Deming called the meeting to order at 4:02pm.

PRESENT:    LaVerne Bliek, Councilman

Joan Fisher, Councilwoman

Ronald Lonneville, Councilman

Nick Deming, Supervisor

ABSENT:       Debbie Smith, Councilwoman

OTHERS IN ATTENDANCE: None

Supervisor Deming asked for a Roll call.

Councilman Bliek started the Pledge of Allegiance

Resolutions:

  1. Authorize Supervisor to Sign Memorandum of Understanding Regional Water Storage Tank

Resolution #6132018 Authorize Supervisor to Sign Memorandum of Understanding for Regional  Water Storage Tank

On a motion by Councilman Lonneville and seconded by Councilman Bliek

ADOPTED BY:  Ayes:  4  Deming, Lonneville, Fisher, Bliek

Nayes:

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Marion Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign the Memorandum of Understanding for the Regional Water Storage Tank; and

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Marion Town Board directs the Clerk of the Board to give a copy of this resolution to the Principal Account Clerk.

Resolution #6142018 Town Board Meeting Dates

 

On a motion by Councilman Lonneville and seconded by Councilwoman Fisher

ADOPTED BY:  Ayes:  4  Deming, Lonneville, Fisher, Bliek

Nayes:

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Marion Town Board will have meetings on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month starting at 6:30pm

BE IT RESOLVED, The Town Board meetings are open to the public and will be held in the Municipal Building located at, 3727 North Main Street

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Marion Town Board authorizes the Clerk of the Board to advertise in the official town newspaper the change of the times for Town Board meetings

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Marion Town Board directs the Clerk of the Board to give a copy of this resolution to the Principal Account Clerk.

 

With no further business, on a motion by Councilman Lonneville and seconded by Councilman Fisher, Supervisor Deming recessed the meeting at 5:15pm.
