Time:  7:30pm.  Fred Walker called the meeting to order.

Present:   Fred Walker, chairman; David Vinke, David Knight, Dan Brooks, John Cornell and Carrie Deming.         Absent: William VanDeWeghe

Also Present: Roger Dunlap

Minutes:  Fred Walker asked the board if there was any discussion about the minutes of May 2, 2017.   No discussion.  David Knight moved to approve the minutes. John Cornell seconded. All in favor.   None opposed.  Motion carried. Minutes approved.

New Business: Fred stated that there is one item on tonight’s agenda.

7:32pm – Application 3-17: Dunlap—Ridge Chapel Rd/Boss Rd. Marion, subdividing 22.55 acres into 3 lots: Lot 1: 7.4 acres; Lot 2: 12.6 acres Lot 3: 2.9 acres. Minor subdivision for residential use

7:34pm – Fred Walker read through the application and the SEAF. There were no significant findings on the SEA form and the application is complete.

7:36pm – Fred Walker opened, and then closed the Public Hearing. No comment from members of the public.

7:37pm – Fred Walker asked if the board members had any additional questions or comments.There were no additional questions or comments from the board members.

7:37pm – Dan Brooks moved to approve Application 3-17. Carrie Deming seconded the motion. All approved. None opposed. Application 3-17 approved.

7:38 pm- Fred Walker asked if there was any old business. No old business.

7:39 pm- John Cornell moved to adjourn. Dan Brooks seconded.  Meeting adjourned.
