Time:  7:30m.  Fred Walker called the meeting to order.

Present:   Fred Walker, chairman;, David Vinke, David Knight, Dan Brooks, John Cornell and Carrie Deming.         Absent: William VanDeWeghe

Also Present: John Williams

Minutes:  Fred Walker asked the board if there was any discussion about the minutes of January 3, 2017.   No discussion. John Cornell moved to approve the minutes. David Knight seconded. All in favor.   None opposed.  Motion carried. Minutes approved.

New Business: Fred stated that there is one item on tonight’s agenda — a tabled application from last meeting.

7:33pm – Application 7-16: John Williams—5177 Russell Rd. Marion, subdividing 4.721 acres into two parcels — Lot 1: 3.047 acres, to stay with the house and barn, and Lot 2: 1.674 acres, for farm land. Fred Walker read through the application and the SEAF. There were no significant findings on the SEA form and the application is complete. Fred Walker stated the folder also contained the map and photos of the property.

7:38pm – Fred Walker opened, and then closed the Public Hearing. There were no members of the public present, only the applicant, who had no comment.

7:39pm – Fred Walker asked if the board members had any additional questions or comments. There were no additional questions or comments from the board members.

7:40pm – Dave Vinke moved to approve Application 7-16. David Knight seconded the motion. All approved. None opposed. Application 7-16 approved.

7:41 pm- John Cornell moved to adjourn. David Vinke seconded.  Meeting adjourned.
